After years of planning phase, in November 2012 the construction work on the expansion of the plant on 27 golf courses started. The resort will be redesigned and developed in several construction phases.
In the first phase of construction are 11 golf courses realized. In the 2. Construction phase then a further 7 tracks. The game mode to the first new golf course was in June 2015.
The golfing landscape has in its final stage 27 championship golf courses and
a 9 hole academy course.
Pötter Golf Course construction was selected as contractor for this golf resort.
